Blue Mountains Santa Runs are back for 2024! Santa Runs are a wonderful way to put a smile on our kids’ faces this Christmas. Wave to Santa as he winds his way on a fire engine through our local streets.
Save the date! A couple of dates are yet to be confirmed so check back here soon for more details. Please also refer to each station’s relevant Facebook Pages for location and route information that will be confirmed closer to the date.
Fire & Rescue NSW Station 301 Glenbrook Santa Run
It is that time of year again when 301 Fire station has the honor of escorting Santa on a whirlwind tour of Lapstone, Glenbrook, and Blaxland, visiting children in the area before his return to the North Pole.
When: Monday 23 December 2024 from 4:45PM – 6:30PM
Where: The Fire and Rescue NSW Station 301 Glenbrook looks forward to seeing you all along the route!
The scheduled stops are as follows:
Stop 1: Netball courts off-road car park at 1645 hours;
Stop 2: St. John’s oval, Blaxland, off-road car park at 1715 hours;
Stop 3: Thomas Park, Brea St., Blaxland East, off-road car park at 1745 hours;
Stop 4: Matthew Parade, near the tennis court entrance at 1815 hours;
Stop 5: Glenbrook oval, car park adjacent the skate park at 1830 hours.
Timings are approximate. Due to safety reasons they will only be stopping at these locations.

Mount Riverview RFS Santa Run
We are gearing up for our annual Brigade Santa Run! Next Sunday 15 December from 9am until 4pm we will be donning our festive suits, lacing up our running shoes, and dashing through the streets adorned with holiday cheer.
This merry event promises fun for the entire family including:
* Firefighter Santa leading the run
* Firetruck escort for the entire route
* Photo ops with Santa and our firefighters
* Fundraising for a local charity
Listen out for the sirens and join us to spread joy, support a good cause, and celebrate the holiday season in style!

Hazelbrook RFS Santa Run
Friday evening on 20 December Santa will be out and about on the South side of the Highway, starting at 6pm. Some of you might need to stay up a little past your bedtime for our visit, so make sure you get plenty of sleep the night before.
Saturday morning on 21 December we’ll be visiting the North side of the Highway, starting at 9am. They probably won’t have visited everyone until dinner time, so please be patient.

Faulconbridge Rural Fire Brigade Santa Run
Mark your calendars, Faulconbridge! The Annual Faulconbridge Rural Fire Brigade’s Santa Run is happening on Sunday, 22nd December 2024, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Santa will be making his way through the streets with the help of the Faulconbridge Rural Fire Brigade, spreading holiday cheer to our amazing community!

Wentworth Falls Rural Fire Brigade
Wentworth Falls Fire and Rescue 495 will join Santa and the Wentworth Falls Rural Fire Brigade as they make the rounds of the township.
Check the map for this year’s Santa Run locations and times to catch Santa riding in their fire trucks.

Where: Santa will be starting on Delmonte Avenue, Medlow Bath.

Yarramundi Rural Fire Brigade Santa Run
Yarramundi’s 2024 Santa Run will take place on the afternoon of Sunday December 22nd!
They’ll be playing Christmas carols as they are driving around the area, so you’ll be able to hear when Santa is close!
P.S. Santa will be accompanied by members of the brigade, ready to answer any questions you have about keeping your property prepared for fire season.

Wallis street Lawson! I have a very excited two year old who loves Santa!
Are there any houses with Christmas lights in Karoomba or Leura area at all that you are aware of. ? We are visiting from Syney and usually like to take a night drive with the children but dont know where to look.
