Blaxland Preschool Kindergarten offers a full day Bush Preschool program for older preschoolers during Terms 2 and 3. Younger preschoolers will begin their Bush Preschool journey with excursions across the road to Thomas Park, then graduate into an offsite location when they are in one of the older preschool groups.

Bush Preschool Outdoor Education

The Bush Preschool program at Blaxland Preschool Kindergarten integrates a range of curriculum areas, including environmental education, science, literacy, numeracy, music, drama and creative arts, to achieve a well-rounded outdoor education program.

The Bush Preschool program provides formal and informal opportunities for children to explore nature, socialise with other children, develop fine and gross motor skills and learn to appreciate and understand the world around them in an outdoor bush environment.
