Located in the heart of Springwood offering over 60 Reformer and Matwork Pilates classes 7 days a week, The Mat Life Pilates Studio is your dedicated Blue Mountains Pilates Studio. Our studio is a place where you can connect joyfully through movement with an inclusive community of members, who are all about having some fun whilst embedding a healthy routine into their weekly schedule.

Our highly qualified trainers are Pilates specialists, without the serious and intimidating attitude. Trust us, you can expect plenty of laughs during class as we start to put the fun back in ‘functional’ movement.

Whilst our Springwood studio opened in 2023, we’ve been around for a while offering pilates classes to the lower and mid Blue Mountains since June 2021. Annika Piper (Owner & Head Trainer) started The Mat Life running just two matwork classes a week – one in Lawson and one in Mt Riverview.

Fast forward to 2024 now with 5 beautiful trainers and a dedicated HQ in Springwood (view map), we are proud to have built a community of beautiful members who come from all different walks of life, yet share the same love for Pilates as we do.
