At Life First Aid Courses, we offer a specially designed workshop just for parents so you are prepared for those times. In our 3 hour workshop, learn the basics of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for babies and children and what to do in an emergency as well as the most common emergencies people call 000 for when it comes to their kids.

I’m Maggie – a Blue Mountains local, a mum, a qualified paramedic and first aid trainer and assessor. I created this workshop to help other parents understand the basics of first aid without having to do a full first aid course and the stress of having an exam and practical assessment.
